Kuyichi, a sustainable fashion brand, was looking for an online marketing strategist to help them improve their online presence and reach a wider audience. As a company that values sustainability and ethical production, Kuyichi wanted to ensure that their marketing efforts aligned with their values and resonated with their target customers. They also wanted to increase sales and drive traffic to their website through targeted and effective online marketing campaigns. In 2020 MHmarketing was asked to help Kuyichi achieve these goals and improve their overall online performance.
Objective
Kuyichi wanted to increase their visibility and reach a wider audience through targeted online marketing campaigns and a more user-friendly website design.
Challenges

Approach
After the research and online audit phase, we implemented the following approach for Kuyichi:
- Positioning and branding: To effectively communicate Kuyichi's brand identity and values to their target audience, We employed a variety of branding and positioning strategies, such as crafting a compelling brand story, developing a strong brand voice, and creating consistent and visually appealing branding elements.

Results
Brand Awareness through organic search of + 300%
Through targeted SEO efforts, we were able to increase their visibility on organic search results, leading to a significant increase in brand awareness. The brand's website saw a significant increase in organic traffic, with a higher percentage of visitors coming from search engines. This increase in organic traffic translated into increased brand recognition and awareness among Kuyichi's target audience. In addition, the brand saw a boost in the number of online mentions and backlinks, further increasing their visibility on organic search results. Overall, our efforts to increase brand awareness through organic search paid off, resulting in a stronger online presence and a wider reach.
Lower bounce rates from +25% to 2%
Through improvements to the website's UI/UX design and the implementation of targeted marketing campaigns, we were able to significantly reduce the bounce rate on their website. We saw a significant decrease in the percentage of visitors who left the site after viewing just one page, with more visitors engaging with multiple pages and spending more time on the site. This decrease in the bounce rate was a result of makeing the website more appealing and user-friendly, as well as targeted marketing campaigns that effectively drove relevant traffic to the site. As a result of these efforts, Kuyichi saw an increase in conversions and sales, as well as improved customer engagement and loyalty.
Search engine advertising and its impact on traffic and conversions
